Ingredients :
Egg - 4
Mustard seeds - 1 tspn
Oil - 1 tspn
Salt
Roast and grind :
Shallots - 10
Garlic - 5
Curry leaves
Jeera - 1/4 tspn
Coconut - 2 tbspn
Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Tamarind pulp - 1 tspn
Method :
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds
2. Add the ground paste, salt and required water and boil for few mins
3. In low flame drop the eggs one by one and close the lid and allow to boil.
Serve with rice.
